The sizes options represent the printable area. Your design will be printed at the exact size that it is in the file you upload unless you choose the artwork re-size option.

GANG SHEET OPTIONS

Gang sheets allow you to place as many different images as you would like onto one sheet, as long as they share the same color pallet or are Full Color.

When preparing your artwork for a gang sheet, set your art board/canvas size to the dimension of the sheet you select and arrange your designs within that space at the exact size you would like it to print. Save your gang sheet as one file.

Your gang sheet will be shipped exactly as you arranged it in your file. We recommend that you leave a quarter inch between your graphics so you can cut them apart when you receive them.

Gang sheets do not have a setup fee and have price breaks based on the size of the sheet, number of colors, and quantities.

SINGLE IMAGE OPTIONS

Our single image options were created to give you the ability to quickly and easily quote projects, win more business, and make enjoy great a great profit margin. To make placement on the garment easy, single image designs come cut down to the size of the graphic you upload.

We offer exclusive, deeply discounted, and simplified pricing for single image one color and full color orders. The online exclusive pricing is fore any single image (not ganged).

THE 15¢ PROGRAM - ONE COLOR OPTION

Any single image design using one of our stock colors that is sized up to 9”x12.75” is just 15¢ per piece after a $25 setup with no minimum. If you need a larger size, we have a 12”x12” for just $.20per sheet with a $28 setup.

THE $1.15 PROGRAM - FULL COLOR OPTION

Any single image sized up to 9”x12.75” is just $1.15 per piece after a $60 setup with a minimum of 75 pieces. If you need a larger size, we have a 12”x12” for just $1.50 per sheet with an $80 setup. The setup fee is waived on orders of 300 or more.

We screen print both spot color and full color heat transfers using plastisol inks. Our spot color option is like traditional screen printing where each color of ink is printed through a separate screen.

Our full color option is screen printed using 4-color process, a method that uses the mix of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black (CMYK) to create a full color image. The CMYK values are derived from the color values in your artwork.

The Athletic, Nylon, & Fashion for Darks full color options includes a full white under base to make the transfers opaque on any color fabric, even darks. Our Fashion for Whites & Lights does NOT have a white under base which results in a super soft hand feel but is limited to use on white and light color fabric.
